Nissan is a Japanese automotive brand, that as of 2012 was the fourth largest automotive maker worldwide when combined with their Renault partnership sales. There are many Nissan models available in Canada. A widely popular model includes the new and trendy subcompact 2015 Micra that is not available in the United States. Due to Canada's loyalty to Nissan, the Japanese automaker wants to sell the Micra in Canada first. Nissan had off the charts sales with Canadian drivers in 2013. As well as the Micra, Canadians love the new electric LEAF, Altima, Maxima, Versa series, 370Z series, Rouge, Sentra, Titan, Armada, Xterra, Pathfinder, Pathfinder Hybrid, Frontier, GT-R, Juke, Murano and the Roadster.
Canada's loyalty to Nissan stems from its leading technology including Nissan's own and unique Nissan Connect hands free system plus the superior durability and performance of Nissan vehicles. As well, Nissan's sleek, sexy shape and the cosmetics entice new buyers. Affordable Nissan car insurance is another positive benefit. They compared ten other vehicles to the 2013 Sentra 1.8 SV and found that the Sentra is the leading, cheapest sedan to own in Canada. With its features, MSRP value and its consumption of gas over a five-year period, the Sentra came out on top with an estimated savings of over $23,000! Nissan autos are affordable and an excellent choice for Canadian drivers.
