Claims

Filing Chieftain insurance claims is simple. To report an auto or home insurance claim to Travelers Canada contact its 24-hour, seven-day-a-week emergency claim assistance line at 1-800-661-5522.

Complaints

If you have Chieftain insurance complaints, you can follow the complaint process set out by Travelers Canada. Begin by contacting your Chieftain insurance broker to try and resolve the problem. If this isn’t effective, Chieftain insurance customers can escalate the issue to management by contacting Travelers Canada directly.

If this additional step doesn’t bring a satisfactory resolution, contact the Travelers Canada Complaints Liaison Officer, also known as the Ombudsman.
