Participants consent to RATESDOTCA using the Participant's name, email address, phone number and mailing address to verify approved credit card applications. RATESDOTCA will not have access to any personal details, beyond those details required to fulfill the Promotion, provided for in the credit card application. RATESDOTCA is not responsible in any way for the approval of the credit card applications. Please review RATESDOTCA’s Privacy Policy, which also governs this Promotion.
Neither RATESDOTCA, nor the Issuer are responsible for lost, late, misdirected or otherwise undeliverable mail or applications that cannot be processed due to phone, network, electronic or computer hardware or software failure, or technical failures of any kind, whether caused by RATESDOTCA, Participants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a Participant's ability to participate in the Promotion. In the case of a dispute, the Issuer may require up to 5 weeks following the submission of the cash bonus inquiry form to provide the results of the investigation to RATESDOTCA. After which, RATESDOTCA will send an email informing you if you are approved for the offer or not. To be validated disputes must be submitted via the gift card inquiry form within 3 months of application. RATESDOTCA is unable to honor disputes that occur once this 3-month time period has expired.
All content included within the Promotion, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of RATESDOTCA or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian copyright laws.
The Promotion is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promotion is only open to Canadian residents who are the age of majority in their province/territory of residence.
The Promotion is void where prohibited.
