Special Offer Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are applied to this RATESDOTCA promotional offer ("Promotion"). This Promotion is only available through RATESDOTCA and is only valid online through the RATESDOTCA website.

Information on how to apply for the Promotion is part of these Terms.

Any individual who participates in this Promotion is a "Participant" and such participation is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or offers, which RATESDOTCA may offer from time to time.

This Promotion commences at 9:00 AM EDT on June 1, 2021, and closes at 5:00 PM EDT on July 31, 2021 ("Offer Period").

In order to qualify for the Promotion, Participants must:

- Not already be a Scotiabank^® Scotia Momentum^® Visa Infinite Card or Scotia Momentum^® No-Fee Visa Card credit cardholder. This Promotion is open to New subscribers only; not valid for renewals, re-enrolments, or upgrades online.

- Click on the specified link, which may change from time to time without prior notice from RATESDOTCA, on the RATESDOTCA website to apply for the featured credit card. Applications must originate from the specified link on the RATESDOTCA website. Applications placed over the phone, through online chat, or any other method will not be valid.

- Complete the Scotiabank^® online credit card application and receive confirmation from the Issuer that the application has been approved.

- You must first provide your information to RATESDOTCA, then click through the 'Apply Online' button to be transferred to the secure online Scotiabank^® credit card application form. Complete the online application form and submit it to Scotiabank^® - your application is finished, which must match the details used to apply for the credit card exactly. If any details are inconsistent or do not match, then the Promotion is invalid.

- Authorize RATESDOTCA to receive information regarding credit card approval status, and the time and date of approval or decline.

Neither RATESDOTCA nor the Issuer is responsible for email address inaccuracies provided by the Participant. Scotiabank will distribute the Promotion to Participants who have successfully qualified following confirmation.

RATESDOTCA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or Participant who tampers, or attempts to tamper, with the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Promotion Terms, or for any other reason deemed suspicious by Scotiabank. Scotiabank’s decision is final and no correspondence with the Participant will be entered into.

RATESDOTCA reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend this promotion.

Participants consent to RATESDOTCA using the Participant's name, email address, phone number and mailing address to verify approved credit card applications. RATESDOTCA will not have access to any personal details, beyond those details required to fulfill the Promotion, provided for in the credit card application. RATESDOTCA is not responsible in any way for the approval of the credit card applications. Please review RATESDOTCA’s Privacy Policy, which also governs this Promotion.

Neither RATESDOTCA, nor the Issuer are responsible for lost, late, misdirected or otherwise undeliverable mail or applications that cannot be processed due to phone, network, electronic or computer hardware or software failure, or technical failures of any kind, whether caused by RATESDOTCA, Participants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a Participant's ability to participate in the Promotion. In the case of a dispute, the Issuer may require up to 3 weeks following the submission of the inquiry to provide the results of the investigation to RATESDOTCA. After which, RATESDOTCA will send an email informing you if you are approved for the offer or not.

Promotional offers must be claimed within the expiration period outlined in the offer email (90 days unless otherwise stated) after which the offer will be forfeit. Once claimed promotional offers do not expire.

All content included within the Promotion, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of RATESDOTCA or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian copyright laws.

The Promotion is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promotion is only open to Canadian residents who are the age of majority in their province/territory of residence.

The Promotion is void where prohibited.
